During the construction of Butuka Academy in Papua New Guinea, CSCEC independently developed the prefabricated steel structure building system, implemented data-based construction management of the whole process, and strictly controlled the process quality to ensure the timely completion of this widely-anticipated academy.

After completion, the project has significantly improved local educational conditions and the teaching environment, addressing the schooling difficulties for 3,000 primary and secondary students. It serves as a platform for fostering China-Papua New Guinea friendship and promoting people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.
