The project represents a major achievement for CSCEC in the international high-rise field. With a height of 452 meters, the tower's construction duration was 31 months, more than halving the time needed for similar ultra-high-rise projects around the world. The project management team meticulously organized and implemented lean management, demonstrating a CSCEC Speed in Malaysia. In the history of ultra-high-rise construction worldwide, it has achieved a record-breaking pace of construction.
